Hello Otters Families,

Please RSVP

Our coaching staff is kindly asking that you RSVP for champs by Tuesday evening using Swimtopia.  This is NOT JUST QUALIFIERS.  This is for EVERYONE.  While it is crucial that those that qualify respond, we also need to know which of our other swimmers might be available to be on a relay if needed.  You do not have to qualify for an individual event to be asked to participate on a relay team at champs.  Coach Courtney will reach out to those swimmers' families who we will need to participate on a relay by Wednesday or Thursday.

Champs T-shirts

All champs qualifiers and relay swimmers that are ATTENDING champs will receive a champs shirt paid for by the team.  Champs qualifiers that are not able to attend, but would like to have a shirt can purchase a shirt.  Additional shirts for family members of champs qualifiers may also be purchased.  We are not sure of the price just yet, but please plan on it being between $15 - $25.  If you are interested in purchasing a shirt, please let Amy Owen know ASAP.

Champs Caps

If you are a NEW champs qualifier this year, or if you are chosen to be on a relay, you will receive a champs cap paid for by the team.  Returning champs swimmers have a cap from last season but may purchase another for $15 as can champs qualifiers who are unable to attend champs.  If you are interested in purchasing a champs cap, please let Amy Owen know ASAP.

Champs Volunteers

If you have a child that has qualified for champs and will be attending champs, please be prepared to work for 1/2 of the meet.  We will get information from GRAL soon about what assignments our team will need to fill.

Champs Practice Schedule

July 8 - 17

Morning Practice:  8:30 - 9:30 AM

Evening Practice:  6:30 - 7:30 PM

*No practice on July 16 because of swim team banquet.

We hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July!  We look forward to seeing you at the pool as we prepare for our FINAL swim meet.  Please remember, this week's meet is on TUESDAY and we are at home.
